S.E.A.T Sessions, stretch, exercise, align and tone with the Pilates Chair, a dynamic and versatile piece of equipment. Its narrow base of support and platform plus variable spring resistance pedal increases the physical and technical challenge of the exercises performed. Resistance can be customised and exercises can be done to challenge movements whilst standing, seated, on all fours, and lying. S.E.A.T classes challenge muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, alignment, balance, co-ordination, concentration, patience and focus.
