What to expect

Whilst we don't start the cleanse supplements until 7 Jan, I like to introduce you all to one another and set expectations for the programme in the week run up to "Prep Day" so you get a heads up of what is to come.

In this group we can all share thoughts (either as a community or one to one through the chat function) and access all the documents that I'll be sharing over the next 5 weeks.

Each day from now until the end of the 30 days, I will send you information through this group chat to support you on your gut health programme, including:

1. A good morning welcome, what to expect and motivational quote,

2. The days' health learning point or action step - which may include links to videos/blogs or just an infographic to help empower you with information about your body and health

3. A 'round up' thought for the day to help your learning

4. And what to expect the following day.

You may be a bit apprehensive when doing a Cleanse for the first time, especially wondering when the laxative component will kick in and how much action to expect.

We suggest if you have a work environment where you have limited access to the bathroom, you may want to start the Cleanse on a day when your schedule allows for more control of your bathroom breaks.

The laxative (either the Aloe Vera or Nature’s Tea) is taken in the evening around dinner time and usually takes effect about 12 hours later. Very quickly you will learn how and when it works for you and then you can adjust the time you take that component to alleviate your concerns.
