ABOUT ZOISA AND
4U PILATES & WELLBEING

working

Move better and feel free.

4U Pilates & Wellbeing was created by Zoisa Holder in 2018 to offer a whole body approach to health and fitness.

Passionate about dance and frustrated with the support to regain mobility after her own operations, Zoisa sought out, and learnt, new treatments and techniques to regain her bodies previous strength and flexibility. This lead to gaining qualifications in massage, Reiki, MELT Method and Kinesiology before completing a Post Graduate Masters Diploma in Integrated Medicine.

Whether in a class, 121, workshop or course setting, Zoisa teaches you to listen to and understand your body, and gives you the tools to work with it, proactively tailoring sessions for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

About

ZOISA

Energetic, enthusiastic, intuitive

I have worked within education, fitness and health since 1996, both in the UK and abroad. My journey has taken me from roles in primary and secondary schools, colleges, community and leisure centres, to councils and independent businesses, before opening my own Pilates studio in 2010. In Spring 2018, 4U Pilates & Wellbeing was created and I added a new Wellness studio in Somerton to my Wells base.

I have worked with clients and students aged 3 to 93+, beginners to advanced, pre and post-operative knee, hip, abdominal, foot, leg, hand and arm rehabilitation, Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions.

I know and understand first hand how life, injuries, operations, poor habits, lack of sleep and self-care can reduce your ability to lead an active energised independent life.

I created 4U Pilates to provide people with solutions to maintain an active independent lifestyle, to learn and manage the changes that come with the Midlife and Golden Years life phases. The programmes cover all aspects of health and wellbeing.

No pain and no back support needed!

I usually wake up and have to strap on my back support to help me do my exercises. I then have it on for most of the day. After a massage from Zoisa, I got up with no pain and did not need to put on my back support belt to do my exercises. It was a great feeling I can wiggle my waist, do the twist like Chubby Checker and feel like a spring chicken.

I wish Zoisa was over in Cherry Hill, New Jersey more often. I would book a massage with her every week.
